Description
High Power for Many Guns
The ZA07, ZA08, and ZA15 reciprocators are designed to deliver high load capacity, allowing them to carry a large number of spray guns with exceptional precision and reliability. This makes them ideal for demanding coating applications where consistent performance is essential.
Flexible with Vertical or Horizontal Gun Arrangement
The ZA07/08/15 reciprocators are designed for both short and long stroke operation, providing excellent flexibility for different production requirements. Spray guns can be mounted in either horizontal or vertical arrangements, allowing the system to be configured for a wide range of coating applications.
ZA15 – Reciprocator Version for High Loading Capacity
The ZA15 is the heavy-duty version of the ZA07 axis, specifically developed for applications requiring increased load capacity. It is capable of carrying up to 100 kg, providing robust and reliable performance for larger and more demanding coating setups.
OptiGun GA03 – Designed for Smooth Operation
The OptiGun GA03 is engineered to provide smooth, stable, and reliable operation. Its frequency converter-controlled three-phase asynchronous motor drive, long-lasting toothed belt, and robust construction ensure quiet running performance and excellent movement stability.

Automatic Speed Adjustment to Conveyor Speed
MagicControls technology continuously monitors conveyor speed and automatically adjusts the reciprocator movement to the optimum speed. This ensures a precise sinusoidal motion pattern, delivering consistent gun movement and achieving high-quality coating results.
Finance Options.
Finance is available on selected products with a minimum order value over £500.00. This gives you a flexible way to spread the cost of larger equipment purchases while still getting the products you need without delay.

Delivery & Returns.
Delivery of Goods
We aim for you to receive your order within seven days. Delivery methods and lead times will be confirmed when your order is placed. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Returns
If you receive damaged goods or believe an item to be defective, please contact us within seven days of receipt. Returned items will be assessed by our team and, where appropriate, repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Reconditioned & Ex Demo Equipment
A delivery charge of £50.00 per item applies to all reconditioned and ex-demo equipment unless otherwise stated.
Unwanted Goods
Unwanted goods may be returned within four weeks of purchase provided they are accompanied by proof of purchase and are returned unopened, unused and in a resalable condition. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
