Description
Available in a Range of Sizes
Powder hoppers are available in capacities ranging from 50 to 200 litres and can accommodate up to 32 spray guns, providing a flexible solution for a wide range of coating applications.
Perfect Fluidisation for Consistent Powder Preparation
A high-quality fluidised bed evenly distributes compressed air across the hopper surface, ensuring optimum powder preparation and a consistent powder supply.
Easy System Integration
Connections for fresh powder, recovered powder, and air movers enable straightforward integration into new or existing powder coating systems.
Integrated Adjustable Level Sensor
An adjustable height level sensor monitors powder levels and can trigger an alarm or automatically activate the fresh powder feed system when replenishment is required.
Optional Vibrating Base
For difficult or challenging powders, an optional vibrating base improves fluidisation and helps maintain a consistent powder flow.
Mobile Hopper Trolley
An optional heavy-duty trolley allows the powder hopper to be moved easily around the coating line, providing greater flexibility during operation.
Simple Maintenance
The powder hopper can be fully dismantled for fast and easy maintenance, making it simple to replace the fluidised bed or other components when required.
Finance Options.
Finance is available on selected products with a minimum order value over £500.00. This gives you a flexible way to spread the cost of larger equipment purchases while still getting the products you need without delay.
Finance options are subject to approval and may vary depending on the product, order value and your individual requirements.
Delivery & Returns.
Delivery of Goods
We aim for you to receive your order within seven days. Delivery methods and lead times will be confirmed when your order is placed. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Returns
If you receive damaged goods or believe an item to be defective, please contact us within seven days of receipt. Returned items will be assessed by our team and, where appropriate, repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Reconditioned & Ex Demo Equipment
A delivery charge of £50.00 per item applies to all reconditioned and ex-demo equipment unless otherwise stated.
Unwanted Goods
Unwanted goods may be returned within four weeks of purchase provided they are accompanied by proof of purchase and are returned unopened, unused and in a resalable condition. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
