Description
More Powder on the Parts, Less in Recovery
The powerful 110 kV cascade and advanced electrostatic controls maximise transfer efficiency, ensuring more powder reaches the part and less is lost to the recovery system. This delivers improved coating performance, even when using challenging powder types.
PowerBoost® Technology
PowerBoost® technology provides an industry-leading 110 kV charging capacity while remaining fully compliant with safety regulations. The increased charging performance helps achieve superior powder adhesion, resulting in faster application and improved coating quality.
PCC Technology & SuperCorona
PCC technology, combined with SuperCorona, enhances coating quality by improving penetration into recessed areas while reducing common coating defects such as orange peel, back-ionisation and picture framing. This ensures a smoother, more consistent finish across a wide range of applications.
Precise & Consistent Powder Output
Gema’s DVC (Digital Valve Control) technology delivers highly accurate and repeatable powder output. This ensures consistent film thickness, reduces material waste and helps achieve reliable coating results from part to part.
Optimised for Fast Colour Changes
The OptiGun’s optimised design, smooth internal material flow and innovative nozzle system make it one of the most efficient automatic powder guns for rapid colour changes. This reduces downtime and increases productivity in multi-colour production environments.
Extensive Nozzle Range
A comprehensive selection of nozzles allows you to optimise the spray pattern for different component shapes, sizes and powder types. Selecting the correct nozzle improves coating quality, transfer efficiency and overall application performance.
Proven Gema Reliability
Built on nearly 60 years of powder coating expertise and Swiss engineering standards, Gema automatic guns are renowned for their exceptional reliability. They are designed to deliver dependable performance in demanding industrial environments with minimal downtime.
