Delivery & Returns.
Delivery of Goods
We aim for you to receive your order within seven days. Delivery methods and lead times will be confirmed when your order is placed. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Returns
If you receive damaged goods or believe an item to be defective, please contact us within seven days of receipt. Returned items will be assessed by our team and, where appropriate, repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Reconditioned & Ex Demo Equipment
A delivery charge of £50.00 per item applies to all reconditioned and ex-demo equipment unless otherwise stated.
Unwanted Goods
Unwanted goods may be returned within four weeks of purchase provided they are accompanied by proof of purchase and are returned unopened, unused and in a resalable condition. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable. A 25% restocking fee may apply.

How do I choose the right Airmix® air hose?
Choose the hose length and internal diameter that suit your setup. The available hoses range from 0.6m to 30m and come in 6.5mm or 8mm diameters, with 1/4 NPS connections.
Is the protective hose sleeving included?
No, the 10m protective hose sleeving is shown as a separate selectable item on the page. Select it separately if it is suitable for your requirements.
How are these air hoses delivered and what happens if there is a problem?
Delivery methods and lead times are confirmed when your order is placed. If goods arrive damaged or you believe an item is defective, contact Professional Finishing Supplies within seven days of receipt; unwanted goods may be returned within four weeks if they are unopened, unused, resalable and accompanied by proof of purchase.
