Delivery of Goods

We aim for you to receive your order within seven days. We specify the method for delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Our standard returns policy requires that damaged or faulty goods are returned to us for assessment. We reserve the right to either repair or replace faulty goods at our discretion.

Reconditioned & Ex Demo Equipment

All reconditioned and ex demo equipment will incur a delivery charge of £50.00 per item.

Unwanted Goods

Please return your receipt and unopened goods within four weeks of the purchase date. All goods will be inspected upon return and if found to be in an unused condition you will receive a credit / debit card / cheque refund depending on your method of payment subject to a 25% restocking fee.
